Coming This Fall …
Write the Word on my Heart will begin to share FREE, downloadable lesson plans for each of the 30 verses in the original Write the Word on my Heart curriculum.
Each Lesson Plan will include:
- 45-70 minutes of material: flexible, to be modified according to preference and need
- A Bible Character (most verses): who lives out/demonstrates these verses in action
- Additional Verses to Consider: A list of similar, relevant verses to help you prepare; or a listing of places/stories where this Bible character is listed and lives out these verses
- Read & Discuss the Word: Verses to read as a class, with question prompts to bring the word to life.
- Apply the Word: What does this tell me about God? How does this apply to my and my life?
- Craft/Sing/Watch the Word: Songs, craft ideas, worksheets, and YouTube links to crafts, go-along videos, and various other activities, depending on the lesson
- Weekly Review
- Coloring Sheet and Copywork for each verse (from the WTWOMH workbook, or soon-to-be-released Color the Word workbook)

This is just beta, so we’re still working through lots of tweaks, edits, typos, and trying to make it prettier. But it should give somewhat of an idea of what we’re leaning towards. We hope to gradually finish this project over the 2022-2023 school year.
